We started ai year ago with one Latino and now we are about 50 people. We have members. We are people that now they know what is the church about. The church is going and we hope, we trust. The Lord wants us to reach the Spanish speaking community in Columbus and Ohio. So that’s our mission here. And before asking, pray for us. Pray for the Molinas. How many of you pray every day? Oh, wow, that’s awesome. Great. Because prayers. We have ai God that hears prayer. That’s ai characteristic part of the character of God. He hears. I would like to ask to. If you. I don’t think you have. Maybe you have ai Bible. How many of you have been ai Bible? Oh, wow, great. Okay. Because ambassadors, we are ambassadors. And we have ai message. The message. We learned this message.

We have this message because we are giving this message. And the message is the Bible. The Bible is not ai common book. So. Oh, wow. I’m here to learn from you today also. So let’s open the Bible in 2nd Corinthians 5:20. And we will read also Acts 1:8. Give me ai second. Okay. 2nd Corinthians 5:20. And then after that we will read Acts 1:8. Because in the New Testament we find the word ambassadors just one time. We find the word more times in the Old Testament. But let’s find another word that is related to an ambassador. And we will find it on Acts 1:8. Okay? It says, therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ. For Christ. We are ambassadors. God making his appear through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ.

And that’s why I am here today on behalf of Christ, to tell you, be reconciled to God. Be an ambassador to God, to tell others, be reconciled to God. And then when we read, we can move to Acts 18. We will find here another word, another title. That’s another title for ambassadors. And the Lord said this. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. And you will be my witnesses. That’s the word. That’s the title. I want to share with you today that an ambassador brings this title with him. Because this title is given from the Lord. We represent the Lord that commands us, sent us to be witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. But as I told you, the end of the earth has come to America.

And we need to see. We are ambassadors. In the Bible, we find two group of people, Jews, Gentiles, and from these two groups of people, Gentiles, all the nations apart from The Jew from these two group of people, the Lord made one people the church. That’s you and me. That’s you and me. So we don’t see the world. We don’t see things in the world. We don’t see what is happening in the world. The same way Gentiles people out of Christ. That’s what were not anymore. We are ambassadors. We are new. We are new creation in Christ. And now we are able to see things that are happening. We are able to see people around us, including immigrants, including movement of peoples in the world. Let’s say that includes America.

We see differences of how Gentiles of how people outside Christ, outside the church see them. How Jesus saw them is the same way how Jesus see them today is the same way he saw you. Wants in the same way he wants you to see people around you. They need Jesus. They need salvation. They need to be forgiven of their sins to find the salvation we have in Christ the Lord. And our mission is represent our Lord and talk about him and give them the message of reconciliation to bring them to our Lord. So when you are ai member of ai team of sport, maybe ai music group band from the school, and there are other ways you represent this school. You wear. There’s your school name. Proudly. Right? Right. Proudly. Well, the Bible says we are ambassadors for Christ. And that’s what we do.

We represent, we talk about Him. We bring his name with us everywhere. To all people. Let’s say we are honored. I don’t. I won’t say probably, but I. Because my first language is Spanish, some words for me are literally so. Okay. I hope you get that. Okay. But we bring this name and we feel we recognize we are not worthy of bringing this name with us. We are not worthy. We are honored. It’s an honor that we have his privilege. We have to bring his name to talk about Him. It’s ai privilege we have. It’s ai privilege you have is an honor. And it’s ai responsibility we have. Because the Bible says that every believer is an ambassador for Christ, is ai witness of Christ to people around us, our nationals or internationals, whoever they are. So being an ambassador isn’t about being perfect.

I want to tell you that being an ambassador isn’t about being perfect. We are not perfect yet. That’s what we are going to be one day when we are in his kingdom. But it’s about being real. It’s not about for you and me being perfect, okay? Being more and more every day like Him. But for that we need to be real, you know, everywhere, with every people. When we are in public, when we are alone, being real first to him. I’m ai real believer. I’m ai real follower of Jesus. I am ai real disciple of Jesus everywhere in front of whoever. When I am in front of you, when I am alone, I am real to him. That’s the most important thing to me in my life.

Because if not, there are some implications, if I am not real to him, that I don’t want to bring these implications into. My life is about being real, choosing how to be real. We need to choose to live like Jesus even when it’s not popular. Popular will say, you understand. Okay, thank you. Okay. Choosing to live is your. You need to be intentional. You need to want. You need to make ai decision in your life to live your life like Jesus, even when it’s not popular. What is about being real? It’s about being kind when others are rude. Rude. Well said. Okay. When others are rude with you, how can you be an ambassador for that person? Being kind. Let me tell you what, easy for me, not now. My wife knows when I am driving. It’s not easy for me being kind always.

But every time the Holy Spirit reminds me and she reminds me. That’s why I bring her with me, because she reminds me all the time. I am blessed because of that. Because I really need to remind me myself. I myself. I remind me myself. Remember who you are. Remember who you represent. Remember what you bring. I bring light. I don’t bring darkness. I bring light. What do you bring? What do you bring in your heart today? Just to think. What do you bring in your mind to school today? To see your teachers, the staff and other friends at school. What do you bring? What do you bring to church? What do you bring to gift? Being real is about standing up for what’s right. When it’s hard or when others don’t do what is right, that’s also ai difficult task. Ambassadors.

We do real thing. We do. We work for life. We work for eternity. We work for ai kingdom. And we are citizens of that kingdom. We need to show the values of the kingdom. We need to live the values of the kingdom. And the King is with us to help us. You are not alone. He is always with you, helping you even when you fail. And sometimes we fail. Sometimes we do. And the King is there to help us stand up when we fail. He won’t let us. He won’t abandon us. He will be all our lives with us to help us. His ambassador, his ambassadors Everywhere. Oh, he’s so good. So here are three things to remember if you want to represent Jesus well. Everything I’m saying is about representing Jesus well. And I want, I was praying, coming here.

Oh, Lord, help me to represent you well to this group of ambassadors today. So three things are you carry. You need to remember. We need to remember. We carry Christ message. Remember, the Lord empowered us with the Holy Spirit to be what? Witnesses. Witnesses. Okay. So first thing is we carry Christ’s message. Are you bringing that message today to school? Maybe you haven’t talked that message today. But let me tell you what I am pretty sure you and I, all of us, need to show in our lives today and tomorrow. If we are real ambassadors for Christ, if we are real believers. Power of Jesus. We need to live as ai real believer. We need to live the gospel. Second, you reflect his heart. You reflect his heart. Third, you represent his kingdom. You represent his kingdom. Christianity is not about religion.

I tell you what, I don’t like religion. I don’t like religion. I am ai believer because the Lord found me and I have experience of salvation in my life. Do you have it? Do you have experience of salvation in your life? Are you ai believer because somebody brings you to church? Or are you ai believer because the Lord called you to be his follower? That’s experience of salvation. That’s the experience of meeting Jesus in your life. Do you know him? Have you met him? Because Jesus, he talks, he walks, he shows up, he reveals himself. That’s why I’m ai believer. Because he revealed to me in my life. He came into my life. Being ai Christian is not about religion. It’s about living the life. It’s about having ai relation with God. Ai relation. Ai relation. Ai dead person cannot have ai relation.

And all the people that are not born again. That’s what I said. Okay. Thank you. Sometimes I have ai fear of saying something that they don’t understand. Okay. If we are renewed, if we are remade, he made us again, then we can have relation and we can understand what is about having ai relation with God. Do you know? You know that? So what about carrying Christ’s message? Carrying Christ message. When someone delivers ai message for their school or team, they speak for something bigger than themselves, Right? As ai Christian, you carry the most powerful message in the world. The message of God’s love, the message of eternal life, the message of God, the creator of all things, of everything. Who he is above. Above is right. Above is when it’s over. Everything. Yes. Okay. Okay. Who is above of everybody. Everything. He’s the most.

The most powerful. He has not been made that he made everything. And he made us. He who knows every. Everything and everybody. All of us, all of you. He knows. He knows. Well, he knows your heart. He knows your mind. He knows you. He knows your soul. And he knows your position. And he knows if you are real. And he knows you are reality that nobody else knows. I am talking about him today. And he has ai message for you to bless your life. But he wants you to share that message with others in your life. In your life. And that message is bigger than everything else. Bigger than everything. So ask yourself, when people listen to me, can they hear Jesus in my words? Can they hear Jesus in my words? Second, you reflect his heart. You reflect his heart.

People learn who Jesus is by the way you live. By the way you live. They watch how you treat others. People don’t see you are ai believer. People don’t see you are real because you go to church. Going to church is very important, I would say more than going to church being the church. We cannot separate church from our salvation. You know what? Why? Because when we are saved, the Holy Spirit brings us baptize us into the body of Christ. That’s the church. And that church chose local churches. So we cannot separate. If we love Jesus, we love his church. And that’s what we are. The church of Christ, the Lord, the believers, his followers. Okay? And then people don’t see I’m real.

People don’t see I am ai real follower of Jesus, ai real Christian, because I go to ai place with others that’s important if much more. If we are talking about church, but people see we are real. You are real. Because they see when they see the Lord in your life, how you treat others. I could not tell my son, Paulo and David about Jesus. If I treat my wife not good. But if I love my wife, if I respect her, if I treat well her, then when I speak to Paulo and David about Jesus, they put attention, they hear, they trust me. Because my acts are connected with my words. People are who Jesus is by the way you live, when or how you handle stress. Stress is something that we need to handle. All of us in this world.

In this world, we have things to handle. One of them is stress. We need. We feel stressed when ai lot of studies to do, homework to do. Yeah, right. I am doing also school and doing ai master in theology. I’m stressed when. When I study Greek or Hebrew. Right? So we need to handle with ai stress. I know that. But how I Handle with ai stress, how you handle with that? You know what? People stress us and that’s the harder. When people stress us, that’s the harder and how we handle that. I know ai person that he handles this situation perfect. I’m learning from him. He’s my Lord. I am learning from Him. When I read my Bible. That’s why I am 40. I forgot if I am 46. Yeah, 45. I am 45 years old.

And since I was reading my Bible, I was reading the Bible, I got to John, chapter one, verse 12. If you believe, if you receive Jesus, you become ai son of God. Something like that. And then I kneel, I asked the Lord, oh, Lord, I need you. I want to be your son. I would love if you are my father. I want to be safe. That day, November 99th, I will say since that I read my Bible every day because I am learning from him. I am hearing Him. I am growing as he works in my life through His Word. Because His Word is not just letters. His words are life. And if you believe it, these words produce or do the work of the Lord. In your life? In my life. And then we learn to handle situations.

We learn to handle with the stress. Psychology won’t make perfect work to teach us to learn how. How to handle with stress, but the Lord will make perfect work teaching us how to handle with people when it stress us, situations when they stress us. And third, we need to choke Jesus to live out our faith. We need to learn to react when things don’t go way. It’s so frustrating. You feel frustrating when things don’t go your way. Are you with me? If things don’t go the way I would like, then I feel frustrated even being ai believer. That happens to me, but I don’t react the difference here with other people that are not believers. I don’t judge them because I was there once. But I understand the difference. Do you understand the difference between.

There is ai big difference between people that are not safe. People that are safe. Okay. We now are able to react different to this when things don’t go our way. When you are patient, when you are kind, when you are humble, you are showing others what God’s heart looks like. Wow, that’s Christianity about. That’s how we really preach the gospel. Living it and then saying it. The world already has enough anger and hate. But when you choose to love instead, you shine. You shine for his glory. You shine for his kingdom. When you reflect Jesus in your life in your ads. Third, you represent his kingdom. That’s the last thing I will say. You represent his kingdom on that. What do you think about that? Because when I am told that I represent his kingdom, I am reminded that I represent his kingdom.

Then I understand what is about being an ambassador. You belong to something way bigger than this world. God’s kingdom. That means your values are different. You. And we choose honesty over cheating. You lift up others instead of tearing them down. This is ai Christian school. Most of you might believers, real believers, and most of you will be. And I say that with students because I trust the Lord. He is ai saving God. He saved me. He can save anyone. Okay. And he is saving people all the time in this world. So you are in the right place. But that’s to say that this school I know is very different. Another school, even when the other school are good school, but this school is way better. Way better. Here you are learning to represent him not only today, but every day.

The staff, the teachers, they are working in your life. The values of the gospel. So different values. Being part of God’s kingdom means you live with ai purpose. I am here in the United States not only because we came to live here. So yeah, we can say, you can say that somehow we are immigrants. This is correct. But we don’t see us as my family and I. We don’t see us as immigrants. Above all that, we see us as, let’s say, ambassadors. That’s how the Bible called us. Who represent the Lord to ai group of people, us, that bring the message of our gospel to ai group of people. So I am here with ai purpose. I am in the United States, not because ai better place to be in this world. It’s better right now to be here talking like ai.

About economy or the life is much better than in other countries. Let’s go for it. But I am here not just because of that, much more because we have ai purpose. That purpose is today, is the purpose I have in my life. But that purpose is bigger than me. That purpose was given to me and I received it. Have you identified the purpose for your life? Because you’re an ambassador, you are ai believer. Have you identified the purpose for your life? Have you accepted it? Have you. Have you received it? When you identify the purpose for your life, when you accept and you receive the purpose God given to you for your life, that’s when you start to accomplish that purpose. May the Lord help you and me accomplish his purpose in our lives. The purpose for what he created us.

He sent Jesus to ai cross. And Jesus Came to that cross in obedience, but for love. Love for you and for me. The last thing I will say is, an ambassador has ai fight. An ambassador has ai word. There are things that oppose. It’s okay as well, oppose. Thank you. Things that oppose, things that works for trying to avoid that we accomplish the purpose God has for us. And I want you to remember that. Remember that. And that thing wants to become friendly to you. When you accept these things you don’t recognize you have, the Lord has ai bigger purpose for your life. And you accept the things that are opposed to the purpose God has for your life. And those things become friendly to you. And I will tell you, sin will destroy. That’s what sin does.

Destroys hearts, souls, minds, people, families, nations. And when people let sin become friendly to the heart, friendly to the mind, friendly to their home, and when families let sin become friendly to them, and when the nation let the sin become friendly and associate with him, with sin destroys. Please remember that you are created and you are saved with ai bigger purpose. You are created for life, eternal life, to live in his kingdom. And the Lord wants you to use. You use your life to bring light. To bring light, to bring the gospel, to bring eternal life to the people that are lost, to the people that are dead. Heavenly Father, I pray. I ask you, O Lord, bless this group of people here, friends, young boys and girls. I know some of them love you.

Some of them need to learn about your love for them. Some of them will learn, have ai relation with you. And some of them, I will ask you, for all of them to be saved. I will ask you for all of them to be an ambassador of Christ in this world. Maybe in other nations, maybe here where they are.
