The Agape Christian Academy Athlete Code of Conduct & Eligibility form outlines the Biblical standards, behavioral expectations, eligibility requirements, and communication guidelines for student-athletes. It emphasizes Christlike character on and off the field, academic accountability, and respectful engagement with coaches, teammates, and the broader community.
The 2025-26 Athlete Fees are $185.00 for a full-time Agape student/$250.00 for a part-time and/or homeschool student. To better connect our teams and support the program enhancements we are also asking a member of the athlete's family to volunteer.
Note: Girls Flag Football is free of charge and does not require volunteer responsibilities for the 2025-26 season.
Boys Flag Football fees are paid directly to the Geauga County Flag Football league. Registration can be found here: Boys Flag Football Registration
All fees and paperwork must be completed prior to the first game or the student cannot participate. This fee is waived for coaches if their child is playing on the team or for the team’s designated parent representative.
Agape Christian Academy (ACA) expects students to live by Biblical standards. God’s Word tells us to be wise (Eph 5:15) and to conduct ourselves with wisdom, especially toward outsiders (Col 4:5). As ambassadors for Christ (2 Cor 5:20), our behavior needs to reflect Christ both on and off campus.
Students and the Administration should respect all school property as stewards of God’s creation. Students are expected to respect school authority (Rom 13:1-2) and show respect toward the administration, faculty, staff, and fellow students. They should set the example in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity (1 Tim 4:12), reflecting wisdom from above and personal holiness (James 3:17-18).
ACA encourages students to initiate personal confession and to seek forgiveness and repentance whenever this code is violated. When a student and/or parent comes forward for help, the administration will extend appropriate grace and support (Gal 6:1-2, 2 Cor 1:12).
Unity among believers is vital for making Christ known to the unsaved world (John 17:21-23). We are committed to our relationship with Jesus Christ first, followed by our relationships with one another. This ACA Code of Conduct aims to foster such unity within the school.

The foolishness of God is wiser than man's wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man's strength.
