Tuition payment plans will not be adjusted for EdChoice scholarship awards until Agape Christian Academy receives your accepted and signed award letter from Ohio Department of Education.
Please note that EdChoice scholarships are controlled by the state. Agape Christian Academy will submit your application but is not involved in the selection or distribution of the funds.
Please note that all families will be required to set up a payment plan for the school year as completed and maintained in the past. Families will be responsible for any account balances not covered by the EdChoice scholarship. For all students, initial tuition payments for the upcoming school year will begin in July. When Agape Christian Academy is notified of the scholarship award amount, it will be applied to the family account. If a family account has a credit balance once the award has been applied to the account, Agape Christian Academy will reconcile any overpaid payments.
Financial aid will only be determined AFTER the EdChoice scholarship reward has been determined and accepted. Once accepted by the state, families will review, accept, and sign an award letter. Once this letter is received by Agape Christian Academy, financial aid will be determined.
