If you completed regular income verification last year, no verification is needed.
If you qualified for low income status, and wish to do so again, income verification is required. If not completed, you will qualify for the maximum award and be responsible for the difference in award and tuition.
If you used the Minimum Scholarship Affidavit in the previous year, your minimum will be awarded.
Income verifications do not come to Agape Christian Academy but are used by the Department of Education to determine your award.
Awards may not be determined for several weeks. Once all steps are completed, you wait for state notification via mail.
The State of Ohio will mail you a Scholarship Acceptance Letter once your scholarship is approved. When your EdChoice Scholarship is awarded, you will be notified by mail from the state. To finalize your EdChoice process, please complete the letter you receive in the mail and return it to ACA using this form:
