Expectations and Agreement

The Junior/Senior Banquet is a school-sponsored event, and we expect all attendees, including guests, to honor the standards of Agape Christian Academy. Please review the following before signing.

This form must be submitted by the deadline listed above. Forms received after the deadline may not be approved in time for the event.
Guests must be under 21 years of age and must be accompanied by an Agape student throughout the event.
Guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Attire must follow the Junior/Senior Banquet dress code. Specific guidelines will be shared with students and posted in advance.
Anything that would not honor God or the people around you will not be permitted.
Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Any attendee under the influence will be removed, parents will be contacted, and further consequences may apply.
Students and guests are expected to follow the Agape Student Handbook and the direction of staff and chaperones at all times.
Violations may result in removal from the event, loss of future event privileges, and disciplinary action consistent with Agape's policies.
