Agape Christian Academy respects the families who trust us with their information. This page explains what we collect through agapeca.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question that isn’t answered here, please call either campus office. We’re glad to help.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our website, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your student’s name, grade, or campus of interest
• Details you share in an admissions inquiry, open house RSVP, tour request, athletics registration, survey, or employment application

A few registrations on our site take payment. Those payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools to understand how the site is used. These include:

• Google Analytics, which tells us which pages are visited and how people find us
• The Meta Pixel, which tells us when someone who saw one of our Facebook or Instagram ads visits our site or submits a form, such as an open house RSVP

These tools collect information like the pages you view, your browser and device type, and general location. They do not give us your name unless you submit a form.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, RSVP, or registration
• To follow up about admissions, tours, financial aid, and school events
• To process registrations and payments
• To improve our website and understand which outreach is working
• To show relevant Agape ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our site or are similar to our school community

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the school and this website, such as our website host, form and email delivery services, Google, Meta, and Stripe. Enrolled families also use FACTS, our school information system, which has its own privacy policy. We may also share information when required by law or to protect the safety of our students and staff.

Advertising choices

You can control the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta account under Ad Preferences. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. If you would like us to leave your contact information out of any advertising tools, call the school office and we will take care of it.

Children’s privacy

Our website is meant for parents, guardians, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. Information about students comes to us from their parents or guardians.

Your choices

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted through our website, or to stop sending you emails. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can contact the office directly.

Keeping information safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No website is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers, through our general forms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top.
