The Junior/Senior Banquet is a school-sponsored event, and we expect all attendees, including guests, to honor the standards of Agape Christian Academy. Please review the following before signing.
- This form must be submitted by the deadline listed above. Forms received after the deadline may not be approved in time for the event.
- Guests must be under 21 years of age and must be accompanied by an Agape student throughout the event.
- Guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
- Attire must follow the Junior/Senior Banquet dress code. Specific guidelines will be shared with students and posted in advance.
- Anything that would not honor God or the people around you will not be permitted.
- Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Any attendee under the influence will be removed, parents will be contacted, and further consequences may apply.
- Students and guests are expected to follow the Agape Student Handbook and the direction of staff and chaperones at all times.
- Violations may result in removal from the event, loss of future event privileges, and disciplinary action consistent with Agape's policies.
